Called the pearl of the lake, come and discover a beautiful little lakeside village whose spectacular view is matched only by the kindness of its inhabitants! The apartment is conveniently located: the lake is 150 m away, bike rental, outdoor bar, bike path and supermarket 50 m away! Duingt's two beaches are a few hundred yards away. The accommodation is very well equipped: high-speed Wi-Fi and high definition in the living room, espresso machine, raclette machine... The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the second has two single beds. You can leave the car aside during your stay, everything is doable on foot or by bike! Shared parking + underground parking space. Linens will be provided free of charge for your stay. No pets allowed in the apartment, non-smoking accommodation. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator access. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, you can get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking lot. Check-in is possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. After 9 p.m., if a self-check-in solution cannot be found, you will be asked for an extra €20. If the place is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the same day.
