Cozy Flat in Zug/Baar | Entire space

Our lovely flat /apartment is located in a very quite residential place, near both Zug train station and Baar train station. Easy access to Luzern, Zurich, Schwyz, etc. One small bedroom in this 3.5-room flat will be locked. The rest space is accessible for guests. It is great for adventurers, business travelers (separate invoice possible) or people needing a short-term accommodation. Garage parking is available at cost of 10 Fr. per night The space The apartment has two bedrooms but one will be locked. Therefore, I only include one bedroom in this listing. The sofa bed in the living room is fordable to a size of a double bed. Pillows and blankets are stored in the sofa bed. Guest access Guests have full access to one bedroom, the living room, the kitchen, the toilet, and the balcony. They are not shared. The guest can also have access to the parking slot in the garage upon request with extra 10 CHF per night. Please express the need to the host via message. By default, the key to the garage will not be shared. Washing machine and dryer is accessible via a card, which cost around 3 Fr. per wash or drying. Please reserve the time slots for washing or drying by writing your name on the paper sticked to the door. Other things to note The washing machine and drying machine can only be used from Mo. to Sa. when you reserved the corresponding time slots. Please keep quiet on Sunday. Strictly no drugs, no smoking, etc.
