This apartment is located on the second story of the building(stair access only). The fireplace is for display purposes only. The pool on the property is shared with other apartments. The pool is open during the summer months from May 15- Sept 15. Must be 21+ to rent. Other things to note This unit only has one bedroom with one queen bed. There are two twin daybeds located in the living room for two additional guest. Please note that there is NO door between the bedroom and living areas.
