In the center of Birmensdorf; has 2 levels (3rd and 4th floor) connected by e. spiral staircase. Elevator from underground parking, the forecourt (coop, Migros and others) to the 3rd floor. The upper area has 2 rooms and a bathroom, one room remains closed. We rent not continuously. To that extent, some private furnishings of our life are contained in closets. The lower area for common use with me is kitchen, living room & balcony. The space The flat comprises 2 floors, whereby the lower area (living, dining and kitchen area) is largely shared. There is a toilet and a room with a double bed in the lower area. The entire lower area can be reached without stairs or steps by wheelchair or disabled person. The upper area is accessible via a spiral staircase. Upstairs is a large living room and bedroom with direct and own access to the bathroom. There is also a corner with a washing and drying machine and iron. Guest access The flat is wheelchair accessible via a lift on the 3rd floor without steps. The house is located in the centre of Wüeri in the village centre with many shops and bus connections to the D-Bahn to Zurich or Zug. During your stay Guests can call me at any time. Other things to note Under certain conditions, both floors can be booked together. A special price is then set for the single room on the lower floor. You then have the two-storey flat all to yourself. Please enquire.
