Marvelinn is a fully serviced apartment located minutes from the heart of Siem Reap in the sought after Wat Damnak neighborhood. A 2 minute walk to the Hard Rock as well as supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, and laundry facilities. Less than a 5 minute walk to the bustling Pub Street and Old Market. Virtually everything you could need is nearby. Angkor Wat and the most sought after temples are only a 15 minute drive away. The space Our studio apartment is located on the first floor (including ground floor) and is accessible via stairs (no elevator) and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The studio apartment has a refrigerator, an electric kettle to make coffee or tea which are complimentary, an air conditioner, coffee table, desk area, couch, and a king-sized bed. The room has ample space to store all of your items and includes a safe to keep your valuables. Sliding glass doors lead you to a cozy outdoor patio. Weekly housekeeping is provided, as well as shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. The front desk area has 24 hour staffing. Two Western supermarkets are steps away as well as many popular restaurants that serve both Khmer dishes as well as Western cuisine. A03 Other things to note At times district power cuts may happen.
