The location is very good and quiet: In 3 minutes at the tram stop and in 10 minutes by train to the center and the old town. In just 4 km to the trade fair or university. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee or a tea and enjoy all the lovely amenities and beautiful river views. The apartment has 2 comfortable double beds, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, freezer and everything you need. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a washer-dryer and ironing facilities in the apartment. Of course we provide fresh towels, a hairdryer and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a fifth and sixth guest with the comfortable 1.50 m wide sofa bed. All windows can be darkened. There is free parking available directly on the street. Guest access Access is via a key, which can be removed via a key safe and a code. The code will be sent to you before check-in.
