The flat is very well stocked with essentials including rice, pasta, oats, flour, eggs, vegetable and extra virgin olive oil, soya sauce, 13 different spices, white and brown sugar and sweetener, 8 types of coffee, selection of tea, hot chocolate powder. Rice cooker and chopping blender also supplied. The bathroom is also equipped with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and bamboo brushes should you forgot yours, cotton pads, hair spray, hair foam, creams, sun protector cream, plasters, umbrella. So you feel just like at home. Smart heating lets your control the heating with your voice. Just say “Alexa, turn on the heating” or “Alexa, set the heating to 23 degrees”. You can even switch the heating on while on your way home, so a warm home awaits you. ⚠️ If you have any allergies, please inform us before booking. Please note the central AC system is HVAC unit for air ventilation. Unfortunately standard ACs with outside condenser unit are not allowed in residential in residential buildings. However, quiet portable fans with remote control are present to ensure your comfort in every room. Guest access The large balcony is great for peaceful start of the day or beautiful sunset views. Perfect for sunbathing or peaceful relaxation. Beautiful garden on Level 1, enclosed and safe for kids, perfect for a relaxing picnic. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down. Other things to note Please let us know should you have any allergies before booking. 👶 For our youngest guests we have the following to choose from: - foldable travel crib 120x60cm for up to 15 kg including bedding - High chair The foldable crib and high chair are available on request at the time of booking for £40 , we will send someone to set it up for you. Or we can leave it folded for you free of charge , but the crib is a bit tricky to set up yourself. The ones below are complimentary: - Dino dining set / Paw patrol dining set for boys and Disney princess set for girls - Child toilet seat - Stepper so little hands can reach the sink - Toys for all ages are always there. ❄️Regarding AC, important to mention that in the UK, central AC systems or those with external condensers that work well and standard across the USA/Europe are NOT permitted in appartments due to building, fire and leasehold regulations. That’s the reason you won’t find any residential building with them and any listed Airbnb home with AC listed is portable or internal condenser one, which don’t cool as much as those external condenser ones we see abroad. We provide the best possible alternative for cooling which is portable ACs and portable silent fans (total of five), remote controlled and with speed/timer setting, so a few of them which you can move as per your needs to stay cool. The silent fans are only ~20db (AC is normally 60-70db) so great for sleeping , especially if you like white noise. This has been sufficient for our other guests in the usual British summer weather which is normally 22-26 C. In our new built flats we also have HVAC system, which acts as a ventilation and can be run 24/7.
