Situated in the desirable Harlow/Ferry Street Bridge neighborhood, getting to everything Eugene has to offer from our studio is a breeze. Catch a game at Autzen Stadium, PK Park & Pape Field (3 min drive), run Pre’s Trail or catch a concert at Cuthbert Amphitheater. We’re 5 mins from food & shopping at Oakway Center and 3 mins from Gateway Mall. If you’re in town for a track meet or need to be close to campus, we’re 10 minutes from Hayward Field and the University of Oregon. The space *No cleaning fee* Our light and breezy attached studio is newly finished and filled with coastal vibes. It’s the perfect place for parents coming to visit their kids at college or fans coming to catch a game on the weekend. The space has a new full bed, a leather futon, a small workspace, a large shower, bathroom and a kitchenette. We also have a pack & play, which can be requested upon booking. Guest access Entire studio and patio, and a parking spot in driveway. Other things to note No smoking/vaping please. The studio is attached to a primary home. You have a separate and private entrance, and a private bamboo fence for the back patio.
