If you're looking to get on the water, you can explore the lake on the 2 adult kayaks, or take the floaties for a float. In the winter, enjoy skating, or curl up with a good book while the wood stove keeps you nice and toasty. Enjoy what cottage life is all about in this all year round retreat. Take advantage of the early morning sunrise while drinking coffee outside under the covered veranda. Stargaze on the dock and watch the beautiful sunsets. A perfect way to getaway! Our quiet, picturesque lake house is the perfect escape from the busy noise of the city. Large windows with lots of natural light. Open concept living area with eat-in, fully equipped kitchen is the perfect setting for memorable family meals and meaningful conversations. Living room with oversized sectional and cozy wood stove. Direct Lake front access, grassed yard for lawn games with the family. Fast speed Starlink Internet if you do need to do some work. (Wood supplied for wood-stove and outdoor fire pit) Guest access Three good size bedrooms including master with deck to hot tub. Two decks to relax on, one with a propane BBQ for summer cook-ups and seating area. Enjoy the screened in gazebo overlooking the lake that is fully powered with outlets, lights, and a propane fire for those chilly nights. We have a dock to sit on or a small sand/pebbly beach for the kids to play and make sand castles by the water and plenty of beautiful spots to sit and chill while looking at the lake. There are 2 adult kayaks supplied and Tubes to float in, and a party island to relax with the whole family. We also supply adult life jackets. If you have children, we recommend you bring your own child lifejackets, size specific and children under the age of 16 we highly recommend to be supervised by an adult around the water at all times. You will have access to the entire home except for our storage unit within the basement space. Motorized boat is not to be used by guests Other things to note No outside visitors. Only registered guests allowed on premises. Outdoor Surveillance camera monitored so guests adhere to 6 guest policy. $150 charge for any unconfirmed guest and immediate termination of the booking. Fire bans are observed during summer so please check with the local jurisdiction for bans in the area. *Booking guest must be at least 25 years old. ID will be required.
