If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. ✘ NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit. ✘ No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. ✘ No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation.
