You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Livermore where you can enjoy many restaurants and bars and also not far from local wineries. You can enjoy some time outdoors and explore Lake del Valle which is a 25 minute drive. This is a detached unit with a private entrance along the right side of the property You will have your own side patio area with seating, corn hole game, and plenty of shade. The space Kitchen has electric stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, crockpot and small air fryer Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, dish ware, utensils, mixing bowls, Tupperware and basic seasonings to cook with. We also provide coffee, creamer and water bottles for all guests. Laundry room/storage room has extra paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, detergent, fabric softener, Clorox wipes and broom. SLEEPING- 1 sofa bed in living room. It has a latch to lift the head rest up for more comfort. We have also added a mattress topper. Queen size bed in bedroom along with 2 night stands. Bedroom has closet with hangers, and shelves. Extra blankets and pillows are available in bathroom storage. Guest access Entire detached unit. Guest parking is the street only. The front of the house is usually always open! Other things to note While cooking in kitchen please use the fan located on the microwave. No cable. We do have Netflix, Disney+, Amazon video and discovery available for guests on both tvs. For long stays, please empty trash bags to the large trash cans located on the opposite side of the house.
