Please note this is the lower level apartment of a house/duplex. Come explore the beauty of Colorado with Hikers Hideaway as your home base! Nestled amidst the Rockies with beautiful trails just steps away. *Hiking and biking trails located behind the house! *Walking distance to quaint Palmer Lake town with restaurants! *Balcony with mountain views! *2 min from Palmer Lake with kayaking, paddle boarding, disc golf and play ground! *5 min to Spruce Mt Ranch! *Central AC! *In unit laundry! The space This is the lower level of a duplex, the upper unit is also an Airbnb and can be rented for larger groups. You will not be sharing any spaces with the other guests. You will enter the house through the side door on the east side of the house. You'll enter into the open concept living room, kitchen and dining space. Off the living room there are two bedrooms- one king bed and one queen. There is one bathroom with a shower (no tub). You will also have access to the laundry room with a washer and dryer inside the unit. Please note: *there is only one thermostat for the house and it is located in the upstairs unit. This means you won't be able to control the thermostat. Since it is the lower level of the home, it remains a few degrees cooler than upstairs. To ensure our guests our comfortable, we have space heaters available in each bedroom. *Since this is the lower level of a duplex, you might hear the guests above you walking around. Guest access You will receive your door code on the day of your arrival around 9am.
