Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our choupana is a guest house with a wooden structure, quite pleasant and cozy. Located within an environmental preservation area, in a gated community, with 24-hour concierge, fishing lakes and lots of nature! We are approximately 20 km from Juiz de Fora. For those seeking tranquility in the midst of nature. Starting in 2024, the pool and leisure area will be shared with the new chalet and any guests of the main house! The space It is a guest house on a plot where we also have the main house and a small Chalet (en-suite). The Choupana has a bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed) equipped with air-conditioning and a heater, a large bathroom and a kitchen combined with the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and utensils. The living room has a spacious sofa (it can be expanded) and a television. The leisure area is close to the main house and is available to guests of the Choupana, the Chalet (maximum 2 other people) and any guests of the main house. We have a wood-burning stove, barbecue, pizza oven, swimming pool, sun loungers, pool table and plenty of green space. Depending on the time of year, it is possible to find fruits in the garden: orange, lemon, acerola, jabuticaba, passion fruit, tangerine, jackfruit, banana, blackberry, pitanga... The construction of the Chalet (en-suite) was to serve the guests of the Choupana who showed interest in bringing company to enjoy the space, such as a couple of family members or friends. This is our main intention, to maintain the privacy of those who are staying here, providing moments of leisure with people you care about. But it is also possible to book only the Chalet. If you want total privacy, with no other guests on the property, check availability and prices before booking. Other things to note If guests are interested, we can offer breakfast for an extra charge. If you need transportation from Juiz de Fora to Choupaninha and vice versa, we can also provide it for an extra fee. At certain times of the year, fishing in the lakes is allowed.
