Cozy character bungalow in a convenient, quiet neighbourhood. Enjoy a comfortable stay with great access to the rest of the city. Complete privacy with your own entrance, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, and dining room. Easy access to transit or a short drive to everything Winnipeg has to offer. 75" 4K TV with Netflix on the main floor Netflix in each bedroom and the basement Flexible check-in means we agree on a check in time before. The space Kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge & freezer, 2 extra mini fridges, microwave, stove and oven. Full laundry facilities are available for use and wireless internet, TV with Netflix (upstairs and downstairs) are included. The home has central air conditioning, and the beds are comfortable! The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, a dresser, a large primary closet, a smaller secondary closet, several windows, a chair, a 45" TV with XBOX 360 for Net Flicks, and a hanging mirror. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a dresser, a night table, a decent sized closet, a window, a mini-sofa, a desk with folding chair, a SD TV with a PS3 for Net Flicks, and a lamp. There are two couches suitable for sleeping 1 person each in the living room on the main floor. The basement has a sectional that sleeps 1 and a sofa-bed that sleeps 2. Guest access There is free parking on the street right in front of the house. Yards are fully fenced. Laundry machines and foosball table are downstairs. There is Net Flicks available in the living room on the 65" TV, as well as downstairs on the Fire TV. There is no guest access to the garage. Other things to note Both of the main floor bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, and front porch are exclusively yours. Kitchen and laundry is shared with me downstairs.
