Beautiful, comfortable 3-bedroom cottage perfect for families and adults looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. 10 minutes drive to Ocean City beaches and a short drive to the Assateague Island National Park. Ocean Pines amenities include 5 pools ($17 per-person fee), crabbing piers, basketball courts, biking, hiking, golfing, skateboard park, boating, fishing, along with restaurants, shopping, and a weekly farmers market. The space Sleeps 6 people comfortably. TV/Roku in the living room with enough seating for everyone. Enjoy quiet evenings after a day at Ocean City or Assateague beaches. A selection of books and family games are waiting near the fireplace for cold or rainy days. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, Kuerig, toaster, oven and range, and microwave. Coffee pots, tea and spices are provided. We supply the sheets, pillows, towels, blow dryer, hygiene products and paper products. Guest access Guests have access to everything on the property including the shed with 3 adult bikes. There is a lockbox on the front door where you will find the front door key to the house. The passcode for the lockbox and other check in information will be provided 4 days prior to your arrival. Other things to note Parking pass is available for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street with concession stand and bar. You can buy daily or weekly passes for indoor and outdoor Ocean Pines pools as well as tennis and/or golf. Assateague Island is 14 miles away that is a public park with horses roaming the beach. The town of Berlin is also close by with quaint antique stores and shops & theater. Ocean Downs Casino is only 2 miles away. Ocean Pines is a community with noise restrictions after 10:00pm. Pets are welcome with additional $50 cleaning fee. Please let me know if you are planning to bring your pet.
