Updated kitchen and bathrooms with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new wood floor, and full sized washer dryer. The space Our condo is very spacious and private. All bedrooms and living room have WATERVIEWS! It is quiet and relaxing. Building #25 between 2 main pools and close to Tradewinds restaurant. We are closest to Animal kingdom 9.4 miles, Magic kingdom is 11 Miles, SeaWorld is 16 miles. City Walk is 3 Miles. There are no rugs in the condo. Recently replaced all bedroom flooring with wood floors. Replaced Livingroom couch with sectional (3/2026). Back patio has a new outdoor sectional couch (12/2025). Over looking lake with NEW water fountain. Guest access Key pad entry. Other things to note Disney fireworks are visible from front porch.
