However, it offers a beautiful view of the fishermen’s boats and Cozumel. 🔇 Noise Policy: No loud noise or parties, especially from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Nearby clubs may be heard. $100 USD fine for excessive noise. 👥 Visitors & Extra Guests: Visiting hours 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM (max 6 visitors). Extra guests: $30 USD per person per night (starting from guest #7). 🚗 Parking: Free, subject to availability. Please provide car model & plate number before arrival. 🚭 No Smoking, Vaping, or Drugs: Smoking (including vapes) is allowed only on the terrace with windows closed. $100 USD fine for smoking indoors. Drug use is strictly prohibited. ❄️ A/C Use: Turn off when leaving. Keep doors and windows closed when in use. 🔌 Long Stays: Electricity not included for stays over 28 nights (charged at 3.5 MXN per KW). 🛗 Elevator: Max 2 people per ride. 👶 Baby Items: Crib and high chair available ($100 MXN per night per item). 👕 Laundry Service: Available at an extra cost.
