Front yard provides ample parking for 5 vehicles. Conveniently located in central Tucson, just 1.3 miles from The Rillito River Park Path/Loop at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park. The space Our brick home has been redesigned and upgraded to provide a modern, but still classic relaxing experience. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 having king beds and both with their own bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom provides a queen bed and additional futon sleeping space. The 4th bedroom has a full-size bed. There is also a futon in the living room that folds down into a full bed. Guest access Our home is your home, enjoy! You will have access to the entire space during your stay. Any areas off limits are locked for staff use where we store our supplies. Access will be by code entry provided before your arrival. There are minimal STEPS to enter the home as well as shower. Home is not ADA compliant and non-wheelchair accessible. Other things to note As a pet friendly listing, we make NO GUARANTEES that animal dander, pet hair or other animal traces will not be present, even with extra cleaning. If you or anyone in your group has severe/or any allergies to the above, we recommend you do not book our location. No refunds will be issued for allergic responses to animal traces on /in or around our property, nor airborne particles out of our control. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 pm (22:00), until 8:00 am (08:00) to reduce noise disturbances for the community around us. Indoor recreation is encouraged during quiet hours, however, respectful use of outdoor areas during quiet hours is permitted. Other things to note Guests must be 21 years or older to book. NO SMOKING INSIDE-may incur fees for disinfecting and/or removal of odor treatment NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED! Waste management pick up occurs every Monday and recycling every other Monday. (see calendar in house information binder). Should your reservation fall on Monday, we ask that the trash and recycle bins please be rolled to the street the evening of Sunday.
