The apartment in one of our two newly built semi-detached houses in 2022 is located directly on the idyllic bathing lake in Aurich-Tannenhausen. Each semi-detached house has ~60 m² of living space and can accommodate up to four people. The open-plan ground floor with cooking/living and dining area as well as the adjoining terrace with direct lake views invite you to relax. Upstairs are two cozy bedrooms and a large daylight bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Parking space for cars is right by the house. Larger families are welcome to reserve both semi-detached houses together.
