We welcome you to enjoy time away in this secluded spot with no busy boatways as you are tucked into a slough. You can dock your watercraft during the spring and summer months only directly to the home's swim pier. You will enjoy beautiful views year round with only about 50 steps to the dock. There are plenty of ways to enjoy quality time with your loved ones here: kayaking, swimming, boating, reading, playing games, taking naps, etc. You will truly feel you are escaping from it all. The space Please note this is seasonal water, meaning during the mid fall and winter months, the dock will not be in the water but on dry land. You will be halfway between Smith Lake Marina and Trident Marina. You will be near where the Broglen Branch pours into the Lake. You are about a 20minute boat ride to Goat Island or the "Castle" for sightseeing adventures. The house is a 4 bedroom/3.5bath. The Master room has 1 King bed with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a large tub with a hand held shower handle, but no standing shower. The bunk room has 1 twin over twin bunk and 1 twin over double bunk with a twin trundle. It also has a full bath with a tub/shower combo. It also has a walk-in closet. The office is set up with a small desk and chair with 1 twin bed and 1 twin trundle. The last bedroom has 1 queen bed with a full bath tub/shower combo. You are free to use the Kayak and floats, but please bring your own life jackets for your safety! There are extra chairs to enjoy the fire ring, so be sure to pack your smore supplies. We have many games and movies to enjoy, but bring some good books to read while lounging in the hammock or rocking chairs. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, property, and dock.
