The space The Ski-Out Experience Ski out the front door to Deer Valley and unwind in a luxurious mountain retreat designed to spark unforgettable moments with family and friends. Our beautifully appointed trailside home sits on a private trail groomed by Deer Valley, allowing you to ski, bike, or hike directly from the house. From the front door, the ski-out trail connects immediately to the Silver Dollar (beginner) and Last Chance (intermediate) trails, both of which lead straight to Deer Valley’s main base lodge and lifts. Returning home is just as simple. A private return trail brings you within 200 yards of the community, an easy 2.5-minute walk after an incredible day on the mountain. Spread Out & Relax What sets this home apart is the rare ability for everyone to spread out across three distinct living areas. Gather in the elegant Great Room with a roaring fire, enjoy cozy movie nights in the Den, or let the kids take over the Loft playing Skee-Ball and Ms. Pac-Man. This layout is ideal for families and friends traveling together, offering connection when you want it and privacy when you need it. Sleeping Arrangements Choose from a serene King suite, a relaxing Queen room, or the spacious bunk room that features a custom-built King bunk bed with a King mattress on the bottom and two partitioned Twin beds on top. The Den and Loft offer extra sleepers for larger groups. Every bed, mattress, sheet, and blanket is brand new and selected to provide an exceptionally comfortable stay. Gourmet Kitchen & Hot Tub The fully outfitted Chef’s Kitchen includes high-quality cookware, knives, appliances, and everything needed to prepare gourmet meals or simple family favorites. Two outdoor decks provide fresh mountain air and relaxation, including the lower deck with a private 6-person hot tub—the perfect way to enjoy elevated après-ski luxury under the stars. Bathrooms & Parking The 2.5 bathrooms are newly renovated with modern cabinetry and granite counters. The home includes free parking, with one covered space and additional parking directly in front. Prime Location Located only 5 minutes from Main Street, you are close to Park City’s world-class dining, boutique shopping, art galleries, and vibrant nightlife. Silver Lake Village is a short walk away for restaurants, rentals, and ski shops. The world-renowned spas at The St. Regis and the Stein Eriksen Lodge are also minutes away. The community includes seasonal tennis courts, a pool, and a basketball court. Spring, Summer & Fall At 8,000 feet, warm season days are cool and evenings are crisp. Like most homes in Deer Valley, there is no AC, but the mountain breezes keep the home comfortable. Hiking, mountain biking, and scenic walkways are right outside the front door. Deer Valley’s lift-served mountain biking center is a short walk from the house. Please note the home has room fans but has no AC. At 8,000 ft it is rarely needed, but sometimes during the summer it gets hot and we need to use the room fans Custom Artwork Our home showcases seven pieces of original artwork curated to enhance the modern mountain feel. These include a large mountain canvas in the entry, a hand-painted pallet wood scene, a vintage illuminated metal star, a graffiti-style ski sign, two hand-cut wood mountain doors created by a Park City artisan, and a vintage Olympic poster with authentic Deer Valley pins. Loft Entertainment The Loft features a commercial Skee-Ball machine and a Ms. Pac-Man cocktail table with more than 400 classic games including Galaga, Frogger, and Dig Dug. Why We Chose This Home After skiing around the country for 15 years, we fell in love with Deer Valley for its legendary snow, its easy 45-minute access from Salt Lake City Airport, and its proximity to downtown Park City and all its dining, shopping, and entertainment. Spring, summer, and fall are equally spectacular for hiking, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and exploring the Wasatch Back. About Our Family We are a family of four who purchased this home in 2021 with the goal of creating a place where our family and guests can build unforgettable memories. Guest access Parking is FREE at the complex and there is space to park 1 car in a covered space and a second car can park outside. Park City hosted the 2002 Olympics, so it is only fitting that we offer some events of our own. They include, the Ms. Pac Man High-Score Challenge, the Skee-Ball High-Score Challenge and a Word-Find challenge. We offer some fun prizes for the winners.
