Simple space with what is needed for a practical accommodation. Parking is for the guest who enters first. It has only two spaces. The neighborhood is safe. There are three shared rooms in the house. A toilet and a bathroom. To do laundry, I recommend a nearby and practical location. External laundry, we do not have a washing machine on site for guests to use. No more than one person is allowed per rented room, even though all beds are double beds. The accommodation is for one guest only.
