"La Belle Histoire" House

Our independent house nestled in the heart of a small village in the Isole Valley will be the perfect base for your Breton getaways. Its position on the street will give you access to all amenities on foot (grocery store, bakery, playground, media library as well as a creperie, a bar and a tobacco shop, press). The train station is 15 minutes away and a bus stop is 100 m away. The house has a private garden of more than 500 m2 NOT FENCED that invites you to relax. The space On the ground floor, you will enjoy a fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, induction hob,  oven and microwave oven, washing machine, Senséo coffee machine) as well as a living room with television and a bedroom with a bed for 2 people also equipped with a television.  (Smart TVs with Disney Plus access) Upstairs, you will have a first bedroom (with a double bed) and a second bedroom (with 2 twin beds), a bathroom and toilet.
