The stunning ParaParos beach is 1 kilometer away, and famous Naousa is just 12 KM from us. As its so easy to get arround,you can easily take a walk to the beach or to the town, though a car is recommended to enjoy the island and better getting arround. Enjoy! The space The 140sqm 2-story villa offers a spacious accommodation that features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The villa is divided into two separate apartments, Garden and Sunset. The Garden apartment, located on the ground floor, boasts a big living room and fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine Brand new Samsung 4K 55 inch TV, Good Wifi with extensions , AC,Solar heater and two separate bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a double and single bed), and two outdoor spaces. This apartment offers ample space for a group, family or anyone who like to relax and unwind. The Sunset apartment, located on the first floor (private entry), features a bedroom with a queen size bed and an armchair-bed, a kitchenette with a Nespresso machine, bathroom,and a stunning big balcony with nice sea view, perfect for enjoying the best sunsets on Paros Island. The villa has been recently renovated, preserving its original beautiful features such as marble floor and wooden blue windows, while adding a bright modern touch to the interior with elegant furnishing and high-end amenities. Overall, the villa offers a comfortable and stylish retreat for travelers seeking a luxurious and relaxing stay on Paros Island. Other things to note As I am enjoying the vllla as well ususally during off season it was important for me to invest as well on: 1, Great matresses with 4 pillows and a duvet which makes the sleeping experince like in a hotel. 2. Netflix account 4, Nesspreso Machines 5. 4G TP link router & Whole home mesh wifi system which helps cover all parts of the villa (please note that during high seasson the wifi in paros is can be less good 5.
