B&B Farms

You will be close to everything but feel like you're in the country when you stay at our farmhouse. The beach is 12 minutes and you can drop your boat in the intracoastal in 10 minutes. Grocery stores, fast food and other businesses are less than 2 miles away. Flagler Avenue shopping, dining and nightlife are only 10 minutes away. Daytona Beach and the speedway are 20 minutes away and Orlando is less than an hour. We are also a wedding venue that can host 200 guests. The space The house sits on 2.5 fenced in acres with a fish pond. Outside there is a pool unscreened, a gas grill, and there is more parking than you would ever need. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Three of the bedroom are master suites with their own bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is set up as an office with a futon. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook at home and can seat 4 at the island and there is a farmhouse dining table that seats 8. The family room is open to the kitchen with a large L-shaped couch and huge TV. There is a wood burning fireplace in the family room. The 2 car garage will probably have one of our cars in it, but if it happens to be empty when you're here you can use it. There is plenty of room to park a boat or trailer on site. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and property. Other things to note The pond is not fenced. This is not a walkable neighborhood so you will drive wherever you go. Uber is very readily available and parking is usually not an issue anywhere in New Smyrna Beach except at peak times during the vrey busy season. This is our home, not an investment property. We decided to rent it out occaionally because we travel a lot and it's empty most of the tims. Please treat it the way that you would want your home to be treated.
