We are in the best location in Mazunte, on Playa Rinconcito, Oaxaca. On this promenade, you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, pizzerias and craft shops, all within walking distance. In a 20-minute walk, you can reach Punta Cometa to see the best sunsets and, if the sea is calm, even go diving in the Natural Jacuzzi or at the small beach of Punta Cometa, always with caution. Recommendations • Please DO NOT throw trash in the toilet, PLEASE, the pipe gets clogged very easily and we do not have drainage. • Please conserve water. In Mazunte, as in the world, water is running out, and we do not have a good water supply and we have to use water trucks. Help us to conserve it. • Use electricity and A/C responsibly. Please turn off the A/C and light when leaving the room. • Breakfast is included and served at the Estrella Fugaz restaurant before 11 am. • Check-in 2 pm, Check-out 11 am • We do daily cleaning if you wish or tell us to. • Cleaning hours would be 9-11 am. We don't want to disturb your space and privacy. • Change of sheets and towels every two days or when indicated. We take care of the water and the environment. • Rooms are for guests only.
