The space 'Nalmang House' is located in the middle of the mountain, with a good view. You can see Unjangsan, the main peak of the Noryeong Mountains. It is a house full of sunshine and mountain breeze because it is south-facing. It is a house built 4 years ago with a size of 30 pyeong on a 200 pyeong land. Unlike other general pensions that share gardens with other travelers, this is a private accommodation that only accepts one team per day. The host does not live here either. Call your host after you arrive and we'll give you the front door password. The yard was composed of a lawn garden, and the interior and exterior were decorated with art props to make you feel more relaxed. The bedroom is decorated with a queen-sized bed. The large room has two beds, the small room has one, and the living room has a sofa bed. We provide a mattress for a large number of people. The living room is equipped with an air conditioner/heater and a TV, and a Wi-Fi router is also provided. The off-duty is written in the living room. There are two spacious bathrooms, and various bathing supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleansing foam, toothpaste, etc.) are provided, except for toothbrushes and razors. Two towels are provided per person. The dressing table has a hair dryer, comb, lotion, and an emergency medicine box. As a general rule, only small and medium-sized dogs under 15 kg are allowed, and only one dog is allowed. It must be housebroken. There is a boiler switch on the living room wall. For winter heating, turn on the power switch, set the room temperature to 25 degrees, and set the switch to the 'indoor' function. If you need a large amount of hot water, such as for showering or dishwashing, use it after switching to the 'hot water only' function. If you've used all the hot water, you'll need to turn the switch back to the 'indoor' function to keep the heating going. You don't need heating in summer, but you need warm water. At this time, turn on the power switch and set the dial to 'hot water only' to get hot water. Be sure to turn off the power switch after using all the water. Otherwise, hot water will circulate and the house will get hot. In addition to the boiler, in the living room, There is an air conditioner/heater. Using the heater, you can maintain a warmer and more pleasant indoor temperature. The air conditioner in the living room is 25 pyeong, which is enough to make the room cool or warm. Pet Accompaniment Regulations (Not applicable to non-accompanied persons) 1) Our house is not a pet-only accommodation, but a pet-friendly accommodation. Therefore, the terms of use are relatively tricky instead of receiving a separate fee. Please note that in any case, pets are only allowed if the host's indemnity conditions are met. However, guests with pets must pay a cleaning deposit of 30,000 KRW to the host account before entering the room. Pets are allowed up to one small dog under 15 kilograms. It must be housebroken. If you have more than two dogs or large dogs, please consult with the host before booking. However, cats and dogs are not allowed. 2) Upon departure, the cleaning deposit will be returned immediately if there are no problems such as falling off the bedding, traces of excrement, damage to facilities, and contamination.
