Stay cool in the summer indoor with Nest cooling system. —Parking Driveway and street parking is available. When parking on street please do not block the mailboxes. Street sweeping day is every first and third Monday of the month except after holidays. —Parties or Events or Extra Guest We do not allow guests to throw parties or events at our property. Please be kindly noticed that all extra guests should be approved by host before arrival and they will need to leave the property by 9pm per County’s STR Reinforcement Code. Any unapproved visitors will be charge $200 per person according to the House Rules in the listing. Please feel free to contact us if any questions. —Smart TV We have a smart TV in the house, please connect it with your account. —Pool Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety. Please notice us if you need Pool heating at least one day before your arrival. The heating fee is $60 per day. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for your own safety. *Please note that the pool service is every Monday and Thursday. —Dishes Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash. we will run the dishwasher once you’ve completed your stay. —Plumbing Nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Guest access A unique smart lock code will be provided with check-in instruction 1 day before guest check-in. Parking is available on the driveway and street. Other things to note Guest must give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen their identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm their reservation.
