Located in a park and just a stone's throw from the therapeutic black sand beach of Magnetiti this perfectly placed retreat is your ticket to a rejuvenating getaway. The space Our space is unique as it's both in the Park and at the beach. The house stands on the main street of Ureki and is yet surrounded by a park from three sides. You can feel breeze from the sea or listen to birds chirp when you dine in the back garden, or lay on the hammock. Enjoy sea and park views! Step out into the park of conifer trees, magnolias, aucaliptus, nut trees to walk, camp, do picnic or have kids play on the sand playground, swing, play outdoor games or just relax in the hammock or on the grass. It's also Ureki's most popular park where people come for the beach, cycling, walking and camping. All kids' entertainment activities are nearby. And more - all the restaurants, cafes, shops and groceries are just across the street. Calm throughout the year, in late July to August the surrounding neighborhood gets full of tourists and restaurants play music until late night. The house is fully equipped and is always clean. Seaside themed decorations give it a touch of style. Guest access Guests have no contact with other dwellers or guests unlike all other hotels and guest houses in Ureki. Guests have exclusive access to backyard and front yard, with grass lawn; the entire park and beach; dining benches and chairs with table for 6 under a folding umbrella; grill; extra chairs and armchairs; a hammock; a swing; a tap with a hose in the yard to wash sand off before taking a proper shower in the bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with two beds on the first floor, a mezzanine with a king-size bed, a living room with a dining table and a folding sofa that sleeps two.
