This idyllic house has two bedrooms facing the sea with private WC, a TV living room, social WC and a fully equipped kitchen. Wake up to the sound of crashing waves and enjoy your morning coffee while soaking up the sun on the serene ocean view. The space Casa da Rocha has around 200 year old and used to be owned by a former fisherman´s family that on 2017 sold to the present owner in really poor condition. For 3 years the house was completely rebuilt to it´s actual high comfort standard while keeping its unique character. It stands out at the Camara de Lobos coastal line has a white “greek house” with two arches and narrow stairs, plenty of balconies and terraces all with direct view to the sea that are perfect to sun bath or entertaining and relaxing with a book or yoga. Guest access This house is perfect for those who seek for unforgettable vacations. In front of the house there is a promenade where you can enjoy a morning jog along the shoreline, go for a swim in the ocean, and come back for breakfast at the terrace watching traditional fisher boats leaving the harbor for another work day. Other things to note We provide bed linen, towels and our staff is always on hand to help you with any questions or needs you may have during your stay. For all reservations with check in after the operating period there is an additional cost of 45€ (payable at check in / cash). Free public street parking, subject to availability. City Tax Fee: 2€ (two euros) per night and per person, up to a limit of seven nights in a row, and applicable throughout the year. Private park property: 3 euros a day. It is necessary to book in advance. INFORMATION: It is mandatory to return the parking card. Failure to do so will result in a €20 penalty fee to cover the cost of replacement.
