Other things to note ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SAME-DAY BOOKINGS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》We have a booking lead time 1 day in order to schedule housekeeping & check-in requirements for the following day. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee a check-in time of 3pm for last-minute bookings, especially where there is a departing guest. Priority is given to guests who have booked in advance and need to be checked in. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》We strongly advise you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you definitely require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. Whilst we do our best to accommodate, please understand that, unlike hotels, we don't have a different room to give you. This means if a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please contact us after 8pm the day before your departure to confirm. We will do our best to accommodate. If you require a check-out later than 12pm, an additional night will be charged and collected through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This must be paid the night before check-out or housekeeping will be scheduled for 10am as per normal check-out time. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PRIVATE SECURITY PATROL ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》We have a private security company that regularly patrols this property to ensure appropriate guest behavior. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ STARTER SUPPLIES ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》Our spaces are fully stocked to ensure you have the comforts of home during your stay. This includes toiletries, fresh towels, tea, coffee, and kitchen essentials. We also provide a limited number of dishwasher and laundry pods. We provide enough of the above items to get you started and is not intended to last for the duration of your stay. If you run out during your stay, you can reach out to our team to find nearby stores and delivery services. If this is something you're comfortable with, please feel free to stay at my property. For your safety and convenience, please do not use the property's mailbox/letterbox for receiving mail or packages. We recommend using post office parcel lockers instead, as we cannot guarantee mailbox access or security.
