This beautiful spacious three-bedroom home is an easy walk to the University of Oregon, Hayward, Autzen, Knight Arena, golf course and beautiful parks. Generous living space includes TV room, dining area, formal living room, well-appointed kitchen. Sliding doors lead to a large new deck and garden from the large master bedroom and family living space. Pet friendly. The space Our home has a comfortable and stylish open plan vibe, and the master bedroom with bathroom is surprisingly large and has direct access to the deck and backyard area. The kitchen is fully equipped for your family to enjoy. The backyard features hammock, patio, vegetable and flower garden, and landscaping. Master bedroom sleeps four in one queen bed and one double futon. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is a child's bedroom with a full bed. Please remember that cats and dogs live in this house, so it is not appropriate for anyone with allergies or phobias. There are stairs to the front door and living level, the driveway is sloped. Guest access The entire house is yours to explore! There is a rental unit on the lower floor, so we ask that you respect quiet hours and do not disturb the tenants. Other things to note Please remember this is our family home, not a hotel. There are personal effects in each room, and there is limited access to closet or dresser space.
