The house is located in front of the sea, in the ancient harbor of Emporios of South Chios. This picturesque location can offer you the peace and quiet you seek for your vacation. After a day of touring the island, you can enjoy the unique view of the sea from the balcony of the apartment The space Α newly refurbished modern flat that will make you feel the warmth of the Greek hospitality. Self-catered, with air-condition, and in a quite area. Lots of amenities close by & in walking distance from the famous beach of Mavra Volia. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds that can be attached if needs be), a bathroom with a shower, an open plan living room with a sofa bed and the kitchen area, and a lovely balcony that you can rest and enjoy the sea views and beautiful sunsets. Guest access Easy access from the street- to a set of outside stairs - to the (first floor) flat and the door on your left will lead you to the entrance of the flat. The flat is self contained and you will be able to access it by using a lockbox to get the keys to it. The code to open the lockbox will be provided through our communication a few days prior to your stay. Guests will have the whole flat to their own. Other things to note Our main focus and vision is to make each guest have a memorable experience. The island of Chios does not have potable water.
