30 day minimum stay. This 3 beds, 3 baths FURNISHED home has a spacious kitchen with nice amenities, dining room and Main level offers high ceilings, living area and office space. The spacious lower level includes 1 bedroom and bathroom, theater room, Gym, Sauna. Upper level hosts the other 2 bedrooms, including large master and a master bath. 3 Car heated garage is also included. House is rented FURNISHED. Background check and credit check will be conducted according to the Association Rules. Guest access All guests must be over the age of 21 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. All check-ins are self and contactless! Personal 4 digit code code will be provided prior to arrival! You must provide email address and a selfie of your ID prior to check-in, Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Association Rules requires credit and background check before checking in. A security deposit of $ 1000 must be obtained prior to check-in! Link will be sent to your email after reservation has been approved. Other things to note House rules: 1. Neighborhood- there is a noise ordinance from the hours of 10 pm- 7 am in Maple Grove Please be respectful of this quiet time in our community 2. Make sure to turn off lights and electronics when not in use or when you leave the house. 3. Please remove your shoes upon entry. 4. Smoking of any substance is not allowed in the house garage or property. Smoking of any kind result in the loss of damage deposits 5. Small Pets are allowed on property. Pet Damage Deposit is required and is non refundable 6. Parties of any kind will not be tolerated. Police will be called, and you will be escorted off the property with no refund. 7. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before check out 8. Put all dirty towels in the washing machine and start before check out 9. Please remove all garbage and place in appropriate bins before checking out 10. Please return the home as you found it. 11. Guest #- Unregistered guests are not allowed. Only the # of guests/visitors stated on your reservation will be allowed in the house. There will be a fee of $100/guest not stated in booking. We strive to provide you a 5-star experience.
