Walking distance down to Ed city center with shops, restaurants, Elg park, Bowling hall, swimming area, etc… The space The house is built in timber, which means that it keeps the heat well in winter and is experienced as cool in summer. The landlord lives on the property but is usually away when it is rented out. A key box with a code is used at the front door. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for what is marked private. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area on both sides of the house. All consumables in the kitchen and bathroom are available for my guests. There is room for 2 cars on the plot.
