Here you can enjoy the calm of the Breton countryside while being close to the sea and the main tourist sites of the region. This 75 m² house combines the charm of the old (stone walls, warm atmosphere) with modern comfort. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and adapts according to the number of people, making it ideal for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends. On the ground floor you will find a pleasant living room where you can relax after your days of excursions. The living room is equipped with a TV and free Wi-Fi internet access. The open kitchen is fully equipped: glass stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, traditional coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Everything is planned to cook easily as at home. Also on the ground floor, a bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 190), a bathroom and a separate toilet complete the space. Upstairs, you have a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), an additional bathroom and a separate toilet. The configuration allows everyone to enjoy their space and comfort. Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels). For families, a travel crib, high chair and baby bath can be provided upon request. Outside, you will enjoy the enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing in peace. You will find garden furniture, a parasol and an electric barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days. Parking spaces are available on the property. The location is a real asset: you can explore the Gulf of Morbihan, the Rhuys peninsula or the Quiberon peninsula, accessible in less than 30 minutes. Heritage lovers will also appreciate the villages of character such as Rochefort-en-Terre or Josselin. Hiking trails are accessible in the immediate vicinity of the house. The first beach is about 25 minutes away and the train station 15 minutes away. To ensure the tranquility of the place, pets are not allowed and parties are not allowed.
