It is possible to add two people on the sofa bed for the more adventurous. On the ground floor you will find a lounge with a sofa bed and a dining room equipped with a modern kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals with family or friends. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. - The first bedroom has a double bed and storage for your belongings + an umbrella bed for babies. - the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and storage. All rooms are equipped with comfortable bedding for a peaceful sleep. Our accommodation also has a small outdoor, perfect for breakfast or to relax at the end of the day. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, our accommodation is ideally located close to the main attractions of the city such as the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, the Cathedral, the Unique Place, the Naves with the machines of the island and its elephant. You can easily reach Nantes in 10 minutes. You can reach Nantes Atlantique airport in 5 minutes by public transport and the beaches of the Atlantic coast in 35 minutes. Your entry will be done autonomously via a secure key box whose code we will communicate to you shortly before your arrival. We recommend that you pay attention to children, especially on the stairs. The arrival time is set at 17H and the exits at 11H. Other things to note In order to receive your arrival instructions and the key box code, we would need to have some information about your stay. We therefore ask you to take 5 minutes to communicate them to us, in our conversation, after your reservation. The street can be quite noisy, especially because of cars. A crank will be left at your disposal to open the shutters. In the event of a power outage, it will be necessary to open the French windows.
