The apartment will not be like a hotel with daily cleaning or 24/7 reception. So please expect it to be like your home. 2. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking inside the room, we all don't like to be haunted by smoke, right? There is a balcony to use. 3. The monthly rent will not include electricity and water bills. Calculated based on your consumption. The meter readings at the beginning and end of the stay will be provided, along with the bill Guest access BASEMENT - FREE guest parking CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND - Children's playground at the back of Building F, Free GROUND FLOOR - Elevator - Public toilet ENTRANCE GATE - Ocean Vista coffee shop, serving coffee and breakfast on request UTILITY SERVICES UTILITY SERVICES of the apartment that guests are entitled to use but WILL BE CHARGED as follows: - Private beach service, sun loungers and freshwater baths: 50,000 VND/ 1 guest/ 1 turn - Swimming pool service: 150,000/100,000 VND - adults/children - 1 turn - Gym: 130,000/500,000/800,000/1,300,000 VND - 1 turn/7 days/15 days/1 month All of the above utilities: 1,050,000 / 1,800,000 / 3,000,000 - 7 days / 15 days / 1 month. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT - Check-in time: From 14:00 - Check out time: Before 12:00PM Check-in time is after 2:00 PM on your arrival date. If you arrive before the check-in time and the apartment is not ready, you can relax in the lobby area or the surrounding area and the cafe at the nearby entrance. Please let us know in advance if you need to check in earlier, we can try to prepare the apartment earlier. - Step 1: Receive a message with check-in details (Location of the entrance gate, apartment layout, apartment number, key information, wifi...) - Step 2: Use the elevator to go to the floor - Step 3: Use the key information to enter the room, turn on the electrical switches (if any) - Step 4: Enjoy your stay and let us know if we missed any of your accommodations. CHECK OUT No later than 12:00 (noon) on the check-out date, please let us know if you need to check out later than 12:00 to see if it's possible and if there will be an additional charge. Before check-out, we ask for the following favors to help us prepare the house for the next guests in a timely manner: - Step 1: Please put all your garbage in the trash can (or the garbage collection pipe next to the elevator) - Step 2: Please turn off any electronic devices (lights, air conditioners, kitchen,...) except for the refrigerator - Step 3: Leave your Key Card on the table and close the apartment door before you leave to avoid the alarm. EARLY CHECK-IN Early check-in before 14:00 can be confirmed upon availability. - Before 7:00: Full day charge. - From 7:00 to before 12:00: Half a day to be charged. - After 12:00-14:00: Free of charge subject to availability. LATE CHECK OUT Late check-out can be confirmed upon availability - After 12:00 pm to 13:00: Free of charge subject to availability. - After 13:00 to 17:00: Half a day to be charged. - After 17:00: Full day charge. APARTMENT RULES 1. Please INFORM US IN ADVANCE about your flight arrivals, your arrival time or check in time as soon as possible. 2. If you want to INVITE more friends, please let us know in advance. 3. Please TURN OFF all electrical appliances before you go out. 4. NO SMOKING inside the room. Smokers can only smoke on the balcony or in the smoking area. 5. NO PARTIES, NO DRUGS, NO PROSTITUTION because they are illegal in Vietnam. 6. Please LOWER your voice after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing others; 7. Please DON'T THROW anything into the toilet including toilet paper 8. Please KEEP my apartment nice and clean during your stay. It would be great if you could throw away the trash and clean your own dishes before check-out. 9. ENJOY and have a good time 10. CALL/TEXT me if you have any questions or concerns Frequently Asked Questions: #1 Is breakfast included? A: Sorry, it's not included. You can have breakfast at the coffee shop at the gate or nearby. #2 Q: Can I rent a scooter? A: Yes, sure! Our on-site team can help you with scooter rental. It usually costs about 150,000 VND per day (about $100-150 per month depending on the type of vehicle) without gasoline, including 2 helmets. #3 Q: Can I check-in earlier than 2 PM? A: Please note that our check-in time is at 2 PM. Early check-in will be subject to availability and might involve extra charge. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point. #4 Q: Can I leave the luggage before check in/after check out? A: Yes, of course, you are most welcome to arrive at an earlier time, drop off your luggage first, and start exploring the area while waiting for your apartment to be ready. #5 Q: Can I have a later check-out on my departure date? A: Please be informed that our check-out time is at 12 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point. However, you can leave the room and pack your luggage at noon while our on-site team begins cleaning the room. #6 Q: Do we have new towels every day? A: Unfortunately no, it will be provided if you request it and an additional fee will be charged for each set #7 Q: Do we have to pay a deposit for property damage? Answer : For long-term rentals over 28 nights. The room rate will not include electricity and water bills. Airbnb has a homeowner's insurance policy, you may have to pay a deposit for utility bills for long-term stays, it won't be too much (about $200 - $300), but it will be convenient and quick to refund.
