Big Lake Escape

Current situation are the Spectacular summer lake views of all sports Big Lake and wetlands with nature galore. The space is 2500 sq ft , 3 bedrooms+ den and 3 full bathrooms. Please note that Lower Level space is not included, separate and secured but available as a add on for more space. A Fully equipped kitchen and quality comfy mattresses await. A row boat is included to get you out and explore the lake in. The space From the moment you enter this open floor plan home you will have panoramic lake views expanding 80% of the lake. The master suite has its own private balcony. I have equipped the Kitchen with an array of dish ware, pots ,pans, keurig and blenders including a ninja. Basically everything you need to whip up a simple or gourmet meal is provided. All the bedrooms are large with comfortable quality mattresses, 2 kings and a queen, and the den has a small sleeper couch, not so comfy. The space included is the upper 2 floors only. The lower level is NOT included, secured and completely separate from the upper levels. Guest access Guest have full access to the main and upper floors excluding the master bdrm closet , furnace room and lower level unit which is secured and a separate living space for the owner only if in town for maintenance but can take priority and be added as an for more space with a second kitchen and fourth bedroom and second living room . Please inquire. Basically if it’s not locked up, it’s available to use . Guest can enjoy the lake year round. The Blackstone grill is located under the main deck and space along with the driveway and lakefront usage. You have fill access to the lake including the dock , large float mat and row boat.
