A beautiful, private home on 13 acres of meadow and forest, Three Peaks Hideaway includes a spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bath main living space and a bonus studio apartment with a second kitchen and full bath. We live nearby and lovingly maintain the property and home ourselves for family and friends. We've recently updated the home with new appliances, mattresses, luxury bedding, new TVs and more! The space The hideaway occupies the entire three story home, with a private deck and sweeping views of Bromley, Styles and Peru Peaks (our namesake Three Peaks). The main unit occupies the second and third floor of the house, with an additional studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. The great room includes a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen, with a brand new 55" TV and a Sonos speaker. The flooring, posts and beams were milled from timber harvested on the property, and give the space a rustic but airy vibe. The kitchen is fully decked out with all necessary pots, pans, utensils and dishes - they are all brand new and carefully curated. There's a food processor/blender, Instant Pot, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, hand mixer and more. The stainless Samsung appliances are all new, and if you're missing anything, we're right next door and happy to share. Two comfortable bedrooms are found at the back of the second floor - one with a king bed, and another with full size bunk beds and a floor mattress/couch for kids. There's a full size bath on this floor as well, with a tub/shower. The spacious primary suite is found on the third floor, a serene retreat with ample closets (Four huge closets in one bedroom - why? We have no idea!), a reading chair, a king bed and an en suite bathroom and separate shower room. Outside the primary suite, a catwalk connects the Movie Loft, a cozy lofted second living room with a full size daybed, a twin trundle, another 55" TV, and table and chairs for puzzles, games, or work. Speaking of work, the house has very fast wifi, with download speeds of 750 mbps and uploads of 20 mbps. The home is entered through a spacious foyer with lots of room for gear and ski storage. Off the foyer is a laundry room with a brand new high capacity washer and dryer, and the studio apartment is just beyond the laundry room. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire home, including the ground floor studio apartment and the main unit on the 2nd and 3rd floor. You also have ample outdoor parking, one garage parking spot, and full access to the large yard.
