Quiet, on the heights of Paladru, 5 minutes' drive from the lake and its beaches, Béa and JP welcome you in this bright 16 m2 room, with independent access, comprising: 1 private bathroom with toilet, 1 double bed of 1.60 m, 1 storage space, 1 table. The bedroom features a private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. A swimming pool (3x6 m) with large wooden terrace with mountain view is available, shared with the owners The space The room is located at the back of our house built in 2021, with views of the meadows and forest. For your comfort, the bedding consists of 2 independent 80 cm bed bases and mattresses (new 23 cm thick mattresses). Bed linen and bathroom linen provided. Pool towels are provided You can have breakfast (optional, extra charge) on the terrace of your room (forest side) or on the pool terrace. You have your summer kitchen, installed under the porch adjoining your room. It is equipped with: - refrigerator, microwave oven, 2 hotplates, coffee maker, - sink, dishes, dish towel, sponge, dishwashing and cleaning products Guest access Parking space available in the property Other things to note During your stay: We are at your disposal to guide you on the many activities of our beautiful region: hikes, tours, must-see places. Numerous hiking and mountain bike trailheads 850 m from the house, including the Camino de Santiago.
