Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our spacious and lovingly furnished apartment (140 sqm). Renovated in 2024, the apartment consists of a living area with access to the balcony and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as 3 double rooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Our apartment for 2-8 people with direct access to the Vulkanradweg [Volcano Cycle Path] (10 m) is located in a quiet suburban location with wonderful views of the old town of Herbstein in the Hoher Vogelsberg Nature Park. The space The apartment covers the entire 1st floor of our house. In the hallway of the apartment is the staircase leading to the attic where the billiard table, foosball table and fitness equipment are located. From the room you have beautiful views over Herbstein. The living area is open plan. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table is designed for up to 8 people. The dining room cabinet has books and games for babies, children and adults. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. In two bedrooms there is also a sofa bed. In the garden there is a garden house with patio, which is for your sole use. There is also a children's playground with swings in the garden. The double rooms are designed for 2 people each. Due to the two sofa beds, two of the rooms are also suitable for 3 people each. We have a children's travel cot, which we are happy to provide. In order for it to be set up and moved in when it is needed, I only need a short message before your arrival. Guest access The apartment, to which only your fellow travelers and you have access, is located on the first floor. The attic with pool table and foosball table is accessible via a relatively steep staircase in the hallway of the apartment. The stairs can be secured with a stair guard, which is located on the wall to the stairwell. The washing machines are in the basement and are accessible to everyone in the house. A dryer, clothes rack and clips are also available.
