A short walk from the lake and the main squares, it is the perfect solution to experience Desenzano in every season. The space Casetta Lucia is an independent accommodation, located between the two main squares of the historic center, which will allow you to experience Desenzano in every season of the year. In front of the house there is a convenience store, a bakery, and a greengrocer. Piazza Garibaldi (the area most frequented by locals) is just around the corner, with its shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and restaurants. The main square on the lake is a 3-minute walk away. The house has the typical layout of old houses, and has an independent entrance to the living room/kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor, we have a double bedroom with a bathroom; on the second floor, a large and bright family room with a double bed plus a bunk bed. We can accommodate children in a crib. The house is cool even in summer, since it is entirely made of stone. There is still air conditioning in both bedrooms. Other things to note We have a small camera that only records the entrance door from the outside. The interiors are not filmed, but we can check who enters and leaves. Visits by unregistered persons are not allowed at check-in due to problems that have already occurred. No smoking in the home.
