The Great Escape
Description
The Pacific horizon is the backdrop to every morning here -- coffee tastes better with a view. Soak in the hot tub as the sun dips below the Pacific. A warm fire and a glimpse of the ocean from the master and downstairs decks anchor cozy evenings in. Room for 8 in this 3-bedroom home. Near the heated community pool. The Sonoma Coast's best-kept secret is waiting for you. Sea stacks and tide pools frame the coastline, with harbor seals often sunning on the rocks below. The space Wake up in a newly updated Sea Ranch home made for slowing down—multi-level living, coastal air, and a wraparound deck that invites you outside morning and night. From select spots—especially the primary suite deck and the downstairs deck—you can catch a glimpse of the Pacific above the treetops. The setting feels unmistakably Sonoma Coast. Outdoor living The deck wraps the home, creating room to spread out: soak in the private hot tub, circle up at the gas fire pit on chilly evenings, and after dark, take in some of the coast’s best stargazing with minimal light around you. Barbecue on the patio when you want dinner outdoors, then carry the easy mood back inside. Living, dining & kitchen The heart of the home is bright and thoughtfully laid out, with evergreens and treetops framing the windows—plus those occasional ocean glimpses from the right angles. Cook with confidence in an open kitchen with upgraded appliances, including a gas range, French-door refrigerator, and wine cooler. Start the day in a window-lined breakfast room, then gather in a separate dining area for longer meals and conversation. In the evening, step down into the sunken living room—gas fireplace, board games, and a natural place to land after a day outside. Bedrooms & bathrooms All three bedrooms include en suite bathrooms and smart TVs. The main-level primary suite adds a dedicated yoga space (mats, balance ball, and weights) that opens to the deck—easy stretches with fresh air, or a quiet reset between hikes. Exploring from here The home sits just up the hill from Shoreline Highway, with a Tesla charger in the garage for day trips along the coast. Moonraker—the nearest Sea Ranch recreation center, with an outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball, and saunas—is a little over a mile south.
