Free parking is available on the property. --- 【About Nature】 The cottage is surrounded by fields, rice paddies, and mountains. Depending on the season and weather, you may see insects such as stink bugs or spiders. Even indoors, it is difficult to prevent them 100%, so please book with this understanding. Guest access As the space is exclusively reserved, you are free to come and go as you please 24 hours a day. Please refrain from talking or playing music at a loud volume after 8 PM. Please be especially quiet at night and early in the morning. Please be aware that the property boundary is a ditch. Even covered areas may be damaged if jumped on. Other things to note - Prohibited Activities Campfires are not allowed. Please refrain from playing music outdoors after 8:00 p.m. - Measures Against Infectious Diseases In light of the current situation with COVID-19, we are taking the following measures to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff, and to ensure that you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind: Our preventive measures include: Contactless and automated check-in/check-out Hand sanitizer stations installed inside the property Cleaning and disinfection after each stay Health checks and temperature screening for staff - Garbage Disposal -- Burnable waste For guests staying 3 nights or more, we can collect your burnable trash upon request. If you send us a message, we will come to pick it up. Please place it in an obvious spot near the entrance. -- Non-burnable waste, cans, bottles, PET bottles Please separate these from burnable trash and put them out at the same time as the burnable waste. - Important Information In accordance with the Hotel Business Act, security cameras are installed in the outdoor areas of the property to confirm guest identity and monitor entry/exit. (There are no cameras inside the house.) If we confirm that more guests are staying overnight than the number on the reservation, we will report this to Airbnb and charge a penalty fee.
