Once a 1900s fishing shed, now a charming open-concept home, perfect for a memorable stay year-round. Tranquil setting on the river - enjoy fishing, boating, bird watching and amazing views and sunsets. Only 2-3 blocks away from dining, shopping, beach, museums, and trails. Close proximity to amazing golf courses. Ideal spot for families and friends! The space Walk inside and be amazed by the transformation! Exposed ceiling and original beams with an abundance of natural lighting. Brand new high-end appliances and furnishings. Four spacious bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The lower level has a queen bed with an ensuite. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with queen beds. One room also has a trundle bed with twin mattresses, perfect for kids. Large upper lounging area with modular furniture and a table for playing games, puzzles or a work area. The high-end kitchen is fully stocked with many amenities. Two large Smart TVs are available for guests' entertainment, along with free wireless internet. The property also provides air conditioning, an indoor fireplace, and a main floor washer and dryer. Outdoors you have access to a gas grill and fire pit with propane included. Beach chairs, blanket and towels are provided. Our riverfront access has 3 piers to hold all of your boats, jet-skis and or kayaks. Comes with two kayaks, four cruiser bikes and two smaller bikes. Have a big boat? Want to sail on Lake Michigan? The drawbridge is right next door to accommodate any size. Boat and kayak rentals as well as fishing charters are also close by. Perfect location to host family gatherings and/or a spot to sleep after Packer games, fishing or a round of golf. Our dining room table expands to seat 11 and more seating at the island. Two different living areas to stretch out, socialize, play games, read a book or just relax by the indoor fireplace. Two Rivers is not just a summer destination! Beautiful trails to explore while hiking, biking, horseshoe or cross-country skiing. Have fun tubing, sledding, ice fishing or take out those ice skates and have fun at the new rink just up the street. Red Barn on the River has plenty of parking. Street parking is also available. Other things to note Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby trails, such as the Mariner, Rawley, and Ice Age, which offer options for walking, hiking, biking and cross-country skiing. Four beach cruise bikes and two smaller bikes included for casual trips to explore the beach and city. Throughout the year, guests can participate in various events and activities. These include free concerts at Central Park or Neshotah Beach, flying kites, attending classic car shows, festivals, and fish derbies. For those interested in local history and culture, the Maritime Museum, Roger's Street Fishing Village Museum, and Point Beach State Park are worth exploring. Our home is 40 miles from Lambeau Field, home to the Green Bay Packers. 40 miles to Whistling Straits, Black Wolf Run - as well as the Oshkosh EAA, 90 minutes from Milwaukee and Door County.
