Country House "Atajitos de Caña"

Create unforgettable memories at this unique and family home . The house "A Tajitos de caña" is a rustic country house, it is inside the Hacienda "Valle hermoso" in a setting of 280 hectares of sugarcane fields. The place where the house is located was the inspiration for the famous song "Atajitos de Caña" by the singer-songwriter Lojano Hernan Sotomayor. These landscapes inspired the author 50 years ago and invite you to share in the majestic nature that surrounds the property. The space The house is country / rustic / industrial style, it is surrounded by beautiful landscapes both in the day and at night . The house has 3 bedrooms; 2 downstairs , one has a separate bathroom and the other uses the social bathroom that is complete with its shower . To go up to the second floor (take into account the stairs are spiral), there is 1 additional room. There are beds for 6 adults but 1 additional adult can stay at no cost in a sofa bed that has 1 and a half square, and for an extra price of $10 per additional guest on the seventh up to 4 additional children/ young people because there are 4 auxiliary beds of a plaza suitable for children or young people. The house has a small swimming pool for children or adults to cool off. It can be filled and heated to room temperature and even a little more. For example, you can use it on the hottest night and enjoy relaxing and the landscape. But for reasons of water and gas conservation, we fill it and heat it only at the request of guests who are going to use it for an additional cost of $15. So if you like to use it and heat it, do not forget to confirm when you make the reservation to be able to have it ready. There is an outdoor area with beautiful views where you can make campfires or barbecue. There are two rooms, one internal and one external and a small dining room for 5 indoors and a larger one for 12 in the exterior. The weather is mostly warm. It is very close to the airport of the city of Catamayo ( 3 min ) and 45 min from the city of Loja . Other things to note It is important to mention that the weather is quite warm almost all the time. At night if the weather is very hot there is a fan in the house that you could use. In the afternoon, especially, there may be mosquitoes, so try to close doors and windows after 5 pm or plan to bring body repellent or put insecticide in the rooms before sleeping. You should not drink the tap water but there are 2 returnable water drums available if you are a large group, however you must ask for the water or take the drums to the village to exchange them for full ones, the cost of the full drum is $2.5. You can also ask a van coming from the village to take you. They charge $3 for the trip. If you need it, there is a small grill, but you must plan to bring charcoal or ask the vans to take you. The accommodation has a small pool, but remember that it is a small pool for children and/or adults only to cool off, and you must confirm at least one day before your arrival if you would like us to fill it. Filling it has an additional cost of $12. You can also ask for it to be heated, but remember that this must be requested at least 3 hours in advance so that it can be heated properly. It is a country house, there may be dirt and dust, but you also have fruit trees and trails that you can safely walk on foot since the entire property is inside the Valle Hermoso hacienda, which has several caretakers. The paved road reaches the entrance to the hacienda but to get to the house you need to go through a dirt road of approximately 1 km. It's important to note this especially if it's raining and if you're in a very small car.
