Country House "Atajitos de Caña"

Create unforgettable memories at this unique and family home . The house "A Tajitos de caña" is a rustic country house, it is inside the Hacienda "Valle hermoso" in a setting of 280 hectares of sugarcane fields. The place where the house is located was the place of inspiration for the famous song "Atajitos de Caña" by the singer-songwriter Lojano Hernan Sotomayor. These landscapes inspired the author 50 years ago and invite you to share with the majestic nature that surrounds the property. The space The house is country/rustic/industrial style, surrounded by beautiful landscapes both day and night. The house has 3 bedrooms; 2 downstairs, one has a separate bathroom and the other uses the social bathroom that is complete with its shower. To go up to the 2nd floor ( take into account the steps are spiral ) there is 1 additional room. There are beds for 6 adults but 1 additional adult can stay at no cost in a sofa bed that has 1 and a half square, and for an extra price of $10 per additional guest on the seventh up to 4 additional children/ young people because there are 4 auxiliary beds of a plaza suitable for children or young people. The house has a small pool, which can be filled and heated to room temperature and even a little more. For example, you can use it on the hottest night and enjoy the relaxation and the landscape. But for reasons of water and gas conservation, we fill it and heat it only at the request of guests who are going to use it, so if you like to use it and heat it, do not forget to confirm with us when you make the reservation so we can have it ready. There is an outdoor area with beautiful views where you can make campfires or barbecue. There are two rooms, one inside and one outside, and a small dining room for 5 people inside and a larger one for 12 outside. The weather is warm most of the time. It is very close to the airport of the city of Catamayo (3 min) and 45 min from the city of Loja. Other things to note It's important to note that the weather is quite warm. At night, if the weather is very hot, there is a fan in the house that you could use . In the afternoons, there may be mosquitoes , for this reason you have to try to close doors and windows after 5 pm or plan to carry body repellent or by placing insecticide in the rooms before sleeping . The key water should not be taken but there are 2 returnable water bins available in case they are a large group, however you must order the water or take the bins to the village to exchange them for full ones, the cost of the full bin is $2.5. You can also ask a van that comes from the village to bring you what you need. They charge the $3 race. If you require, there is a small grill, but you must plan to bring charcoal or ask the vans to take you there. Remember that the pool is small. You must confirm at least one day before your arrival if you would like us to fill it, and you can ask for it to be heated, but remember that this must be requested at least 3 hours in advance so that it can be heated properly. It is a country house, there may be land and dust , but you also have fruit trees and trails that you can safely walk through the entire property is located inside the nearby Valle Hermoso hacienda, the same one that has several caretakers. The paved road reaches the entrance to the hacienda but to get to the house it is required to pass through a dirt road approximately 1 km away .
