Now with a solar system to provide consistent energy. This well appointed home is the perfect home base for vacationers and adventure seekers old and young alike. Convenient location for surfing and water sports, El Yunque, exploring the Biobay and of course just relaxing! Full kitchen and nearby grocery! The space If you like the breeze from the ocean, you will enjoy this house! The former owners of the house lived here for over 20 years without AC because the breeze is so plentiful! We have installed AC units in two of the four bedrooms. There are also a number of air mattresses that may be used in the living room area where the breeze is felt the most. Every window and door is screened to keep bugs out, and the house offers a secure home base to guests. Guest access Everything in the house may be used by guests as needed. Other things to note We ask that guests park in the garage, or in the street area in front of the garage. Please do not park on the dead-end side because it makes it difficult for a neighbor to take out his car, and due to his mental health issues, he may not be pleasant.
