Grocery, gas, and restaurants are 3 miles away. This private apartment has a separate entrance (located on owner's property). Includes full kitchen, laundry and all ameneties. The property includes a large yard and driveway (shared with Owner). The apartment is on the second floor and includes a great room style kitchen/dining/living room area, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with walk in shower, and a laundry room. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet. We are located in a relatively quiet neighborhood that has well-graded unpaved roads. Access is typically good. Guest Parking is available in to the right side of the garage. The apartment is located on the right side of the house on the second floor (one flight of stairs) with a private entrance. The entire 2 bedroom apartment is private. 3 miles of trails are accessible right from our backyard! We happily interact with guests if and when they initiate it. But we respect your privacy. We love to share our local knowledge about the area, wildlife, things to do/see, nearby restaurants, etc. We are usually available by text or phone. Quiet neighborhood. Located near trails on the property, and chugach state park 10 minutes nearby. 3 miles from shopping/restaurants. 2.5 miles from access to Seward highway. 2 hours to kenai peninsula destinations. It’s best to have a rental car to get around. Uber and Lyft is available if infrequent travel is planned. Pets (one sm-med dog) allowed on approval with additional cleaning fee.
