Pool Hours: 10AM-9PM (Keycard access required) -6 guests allowed per reservation including minors. - No alcohol permitted at the pool Pool will close for the season on September 30. This date is liable to change. **All community amenities are managed by the HOA, which has the final say on usage. To enjoy these facilities, please adhere to all rules provided by the property owner and HOA. Additionally, gym and pool access is limited to guests listed on the reservation; no outside guests are permitted. **In the event that the keys to the property or the pool/gym key card are lost, a penalty fee of $100 will be charged. Guests may also be responsible for the cost of rekeying/changing the locks of the property if deemed necessary by the owner.
